Three steps, one honest caveat. Nothing here is automated guesswork: a person confirms your slot, an inspector travels to the car, and the findings arrive as a claim ledger you can read in five minutes.
We call or message the number you left, between 08:00 and 20:00. The message states the confirmed slot, the inspector assigned, and the travel fee if the car sits outside the eight cities where travel is included. If your chosen slot has gone, we offer the two nearest alternatives.
Have the car unlocked, the registration document to hand, and the seller's contact if you cannot be present. The visit covers about 60 checkpoints across engine and drivetrain performance, body and structure, electronic systems, and visible defects. A STANDARD inspection runs 60 to 90 minutes on site.
Seller claim on the left, inspector finding on the right, each row carrying a pass, caution, or critical chip and a short note. You get the PDF link by email and a call to walk through every critical row. No dismantling, no compression test, and no forensic odometer check: those limits are printed in the same document.
Not booked yet? Fill in the vehicle and slot form, or read what to prepare before the visit. Prices and travel rules sit on the pricing section.

Send the vehicle details and a slot. We confirm by phone and email, usually within 30 minutes during working hours from 08:00 to 20:00. Travel is included in the eight listed cities.

Before the visit
Four items cover almost every booking. Send them with the booking form on this page and we confirm the slot, normally within two working hours.
A name and a phone number for the person who holds the keys. The inspector calls that person directly to agree the meeting point, so you never relay messages between two sellers.
Give the street address or a clear landmark, plus a two-hour window. A lit yard or an open service bay with room to walk the car is enough for a full body and engine review.
Confirm in advance that the owner allows a short road test and that the car is insured and roadworthy. If a test drive is refused, say so in the form and we adjust the scope of the report.
Paste the ad link or the VIN so the inspector reads the seller's claims first and marks each one as pass, caution or critical in the report.

If the seller is waiting or the car is two hours away, call instead of booking online. Same-day slots depend on inspector availability in your city, so the phone is the fastest route.
