These Terms govern your use of pefdaris.com (the Service), provided by pefdaris.com, PE, EDRPOU 64147689, Business Center 'Horizon', 22 Khreshchatyk St, Office 405, Kyiv, 01001, Ukraine. Per Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7, we display our full legal name, registration number, address, and contacts.

2. Service & Payment

We provide mobile pre-purchase vehicle inspections. Prices, terms, and provider info are given before purchase, as required by Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Payment is in UAH unless stated.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel at least 24h before inspection for a full refund. Later cancellations may incur a fee. Refunds processed within 14 days.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid. Nothing limits your statutory rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

5. Data & Cookies

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010. Consent is obtained before non-essential cookies. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Complaints & Disputes

Contact us first. You may appeal to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection and/or courts (Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023). Advertising is truthful per Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
